Pankaj Sharma, the company's founder and owner, began Nidhi Steels from scratch in 1986 after opting to reclaim and repurpose high-grade steel resources that several major industries chose to discard.
Recognizing the massive potential in industrial scrap recycling, he established a specialized production facility equipped with high-tonnage power presses, precision dies, and a dedicated team of skilled workers who labored around the clock to fulfill market supply demands.
Today, the father and son manage the factory operations together, directing an experienced workforce sourced from across the nation to engineer precision laminations.
Recycling Steel Scraps & Essential Products
We procure raw materials from manufacturing companies that do not recycle sheet cuttings generated during production. We then employ those ingredients to fabricate and supply finished CRC stampings based on custom engineering blueprints.
Our stator and rotor core laminations form the very lifeblood of electric motors, enabling seamless magnetic flux across electrical appliances such as ceiling fans, cooler pumps, fridge and air conditioning compressors, grinders, saws, and submersible pumps.
We strive towards complete raw material utilization and zero landfill waste.
